Features:
It is a kind of high speed grease with good pressure absorbing ability, which is composed of ester oil/synthetic hydrocarbon oil/mineral oil and barium complex soap base.
It has good protection against wear and corrosion, resistance to water, ambient mediums and antioxidant.
Applications:
1 . The main product is especially suitable for high-speed sliding and rolling bearings, e.g. bearings for CNC machining, mandrel bearings in textile machinery, threaded spindles,
ball screws with high loads, transmission gear bearings.
2 . The product can also be used for long term lubrication of roads and instruments, and in addition for gear tooth surfaces (e.g. bevel gears in milling machines, electro-mechanical valve gears).
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is suitable for High speeds, good pressure absorption, consisting of ester oils, synthetic hydrocarbon oils blended with mineral oils and a barium soap complex. Applications:
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is particularly suitable for high-speed flat and rolling bearings, e.g. spindle bearings for tooling machines, bearings for textile machines, trapezoidal leadscrews, highly loaded ball screws, and bearings for gear operation. They can also be used as long-lasting greases for cable car bearings and for engineering lubrication. They are also suitable as greases for lubrication of friction points in the gear web (e.g. helical gears in mining machines, actuators of electromechanical valves).
Usage:
ISOFLEX NBU 15 can be applied to the lubrication points by brush, scraper, grease gun or in the form of grease packs. Since engineering rubber and engineering plastics have many different compositions, it is recommended to test the product before use.
This product is used in our industry as a maintenance oil for the head of CNC rotary machines.
